Influencer Review
The Influencer Review process gives you the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the talent sourced by Linqia before finalizing the campaign roster. Linqia selects the best-fit influencers for your campaign, and you have the chance to review and share your input. Here’s an overview of how this process works in the Resonate platform.

Getting started
1. Log into Resonate—our technology platform
You will have received an email invite to set up an account in Resonate. Use your Resonate email & password to log in.
2. Select your campaign
Click Campaigns in the top navigation then select the corresponding campaign.
Once the campaign is selected, click Influencer Review in the campaign’s top navigation.
3. View your role & workflow status
Your Role for a step is found in the top right corner of the page. All roles receive the list of creators to review in parallel and can provide feedback at the same time.
Roles available are:
- Approver (max 1 per step): Communicates final decisions to Linqia on behalf of all Reviewers after feedback has been collected.
- Reviewer(s): Can provide feedback and is expected to submit their review.
Click Workflow Status to view the milestone’s status and all individual’s roles.
Start reviewing
Check where the content is in the status menu on the left hand side of the screen.
- Needs Review: Creators that are ready for your review.
- Rejected: Creators that were rejected by the Approver.
- Approved: Creators that were approved by the Approver.
Review influencers
All members in your step can simultaneously review creators in the Needs Review folder. Each influencer is represented by an individual card, showcases key details about the influencer. You can also click the platform icon (i.e., Instagram) to open influencers’ social profile.
Click on a card to view any feedback that may have already been left by other Reviewers in the workflow.
Reviewers providing feedback
If you're a Reviewer, follow these steps to submit your review:
- Mark each influencer as Recommended or Not a Fit.
- (Optional) Leave a note explaining your choice for the Approver and other Reviewers, including any recommendations for prioritizing that influencer. Your feedback will not be visible to influencers.
- After reviewing all influencers, click Submit to finalize your review. You can also submit feedback in batches.
The Approver can use your comments to make informed final decisions. Once they submit the final approvals, Linqia will begin contracting influencers only from the pool of Approved options.
Approver submitting review
If you're the Approver, it's best practice to wait for all Reviewers to submit their reviews before clicking Submit. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to provide input, allowing you to make informed decisions based on all feedback. Clicking Submit will move the influencer to either the Approved or Rejected folder, concluding the review process for all.
Review feedback
Decisions and optional feedback from Reviewers in your step will appear if you click on the influencer’s card. If decisions are not visible, this means they have not submitted their review yet.
Make your decisions
Once reviewed, mark each influencer as: Approve or Reject. Approved creators are any that you would be happy with participating on the campaign and rejected are those you do not want to partner with.
- Approved: Click Prioritize for any of your favorite influencers.
- Rejected: Use the drop-down list to share with Linqia your rationale so we can learn for next time. Note your feedback will not be visible to Influencers.
After approving/rejecting all influencers, click Submit, sending your decisions to Linqia. This concludes the review and Reviewers can no longer leave further feedback.
Please note: If you click Select All after filtering any influencer group in the goals section, only the filtered influencers will be selected. Please keep this mind when submitting your decisions.
Success, you’re finished!
Linqia will now review creators who have been approved or rejected, to help inform the final roster of talent on the campaign.
