Analytics

Analytics in Resonate offers real-time insights into your campaign’s performance, covering both organic and paid media. You can explore metrics from a high-level campaign overview down to individual content pieces, giving you a comprehensive understanding of your campaign’s impact.



Getting started

1. Log into Resonate—our technology platform

You will have received an email invite to set up an account in Resonate. Use your Resonate email & password to log in. 


2. Navigate to Analytics  

Click Analytics in the top navigation then select the corresponding campaign.



3. Select accounts and campaigns

Use the first dropdown to select from your accounts and sub-accounts to narrow your results, or type the campaign name directly into the search field. You can also scroll through the list to find the campaign you're looking for.


Once a campaign has launched and posts go live, you can start tracking performance through Resonate.



Page layout

The feature is divided into four top-level tabs:


  1. Overview - View, filter, and download reports on performance metrics, top content, charts and more.
  2. Insights - Analysis of top keywords and themes from post-comments.
  3. Content - View all organic & paid media assets that went live for a campaign.
  4. Influencers - View all creators and their corresponding live posts.

Overview 

The Overview tab is the first tab in Analytics and it is designed to offer a swift and comprehensive glimpse of the performance of the entire campaign.



Overview is broken up into the following sections


Organic Duration

  • Organic Duration: Displays only organic data collected during the organic window dates.
  • Organic Duration +30: Displays organic data collected during the organic window dates and the 30 days after the organic end date (a.k.a. longtail)

Download CSV: Download organic & paid performance data into a CSV spreadsheet. 


Overview: The Overview section on the left panel seamlessly integrates the campaign details directly from the campaign details module, indicating whether the campaign had organic or paid components, and the campaign description.


Organic Campaign: Gain insight into the total number of posts and influencers in a campaign.


Paid Campaign: Monitor the pulse of your paid campaign with real-time updates on the total number of live paid assets, across network placements.


Top Content: Top Content provides a spotlight on the most effective content across both paid and organic channels, surfaced high to low based on engagement rate. To explore all content details, simply click on See All to navigate to the dedicated content tab for the campaign.


Top Influencers: Top Influencers provides a spotlight on the most effective influencers across organic channels, surfaced high to low based on total engagements. To explore all content details, simply click on See All to navigate to the dedicated influencer tab for the campaign.


Campaign Metrics: High level tables surfacing Total impressions, Clicks, Engagement/Engagement Rate and Video Views, split between Organic and Paid Media. Campaigns with Smart Commerce integration will see performance metrics including carted transfers, total value, and average cart rate, broken down by retailer and products (Click2Cart). 


  • Utilize the filters above to refine the chart with organic, paid media, or specific channel performance metrics.

Content Table - Under Campaign Metrics, the Content table serves to offer detailed data insights on the post level, whether paid or organic. Utilize the campaign filters to refine the content table with content and channel(s) you wish to view.


Influencer Table - Clicking on Influencers, will reveal the  Influencer Table which displays a comprehensive list of all influencers participating in the campaign, along with their total metrics for deliverable, including the aggregate. Click on any metric in the headers to sort the order of influencers from greatest to least and vice versa.



Conversation Analytics 

The Conversation Analytics feature in Resonate uses AI to help you analyze audience engagement from organic campaign posts. By automating comment ingestion and applying sentiment, intent, and theme analysis, Resonate surfaces actionable insights to guide future campaign strategy. Read the full documentation here!




Content

The Content tab displays all live campaign content, sortable by engagement rate, impressions, and publish date. This can be filtered by channel, or between organic and paid media.



Downloading content

Users can select the content by clicking Select All and clicking Download Content on the bottom right hand of the screen to download content in a zipped folder sent to their email.



Influencers

The Influencer tab provides a comprehensive view of all creators participating in the campaign, their total estimated impressions, and each of their posts. To view all influencer's posts, hover over their content and cycle through with the left & right arrows.
