Contextual Search
Contextual Search uses AI to understand the broader meaning behind your search terms—so you’re not limited to matching hashtags or exact phrases.
How it works: Unlike traditional keyword-only tools, Contextual Search analyzes related topics and narratives (like “meal prepping” or “nourishing meals”) to find creators genuinely aligned with your campaign theme. Results are ranked using Linqia’s proprietary Relevancy Score.
- Why it matters: This AI capability expands your influencer pool, uncovering creators who may be highly relevant—even if they don’t explicitly use your keywords
Search results
Once you run a search in Discovery, results are displayed in creator cards. Each card represents a single creator, with quick access to their profile and performance details.
What you’ll see on each creator card:
- Handle name – The creator’s social handle.
- Platform icon – Shows which platform the creator is on. Click the icon to go directly to their feed.
- Follower count – The creator’s current follower reach.
- Engagement rate – A percentage that measures how actively their audience interacts with content.
- Hover over the engagement rate to see the calculation formula per platform:
- Instagram → Engagement / Est. Impressions (average of last 10 posts)

- Hover over the engagement rate to see the calculation formula per platform:
Actions you can take:

Relevancy Score
Each search result includes a Relevancy Score—a measure of how closely an influencer’s content matches your campaign theme.
How to use it:
- Adjust the Relevancy Score (e.g., 50% → 40%) to narrow or broaden your results. The higher the Relevancy score, the more relevant the matching post is to the contextual search.
- Default sorting is High → Low Relevancy.
- Click View Matching Posts to understand how relevant each creator’s matching post is to the contextual search.
Tip: Lower the relevancy score when sourcing for niche personas to broaden your results.
